Morning Rituals: Emotional Freedom Technique

On a divine level, when you chose to come down to play this earth game in your human skin suit, you knew that the truth of your divine beingness would be wiped out by the faulty programming of human conditioning and socialization. This faulty programming is found in the form of fears and limited, untrue beliefs of unworthiness, inability, unloveableness, etc.

So, the game is to re-program your mind and to return to your divine power while still in this skin suit. Either way, you return to divinity when you die, so no pressure!
There are a million different paths back to You, You-nity, Oneness, the Divine Truth of Consciousness that is at the core of your being.
The key is finding the pathways, practices, tools and reminders that resonate with and work for you. Which will continually evolve.

EFT, Emotional Freedom Technique, is one of these many reprogramming methods, rooted in acupuncture and cognitive therapy.

Basically, the tapping does two things: 1. it keeps you present in your body and focuses your mind on the words you’re speaking/reprogramming your mind with and 2. it activates the energy meridians that run through your physical body, opening them up for stuck energy to begin to flow again.

Brad Yates is one of the stars of the EFT world. He’s got hundreds of free videos on a wide range of topics. I’ve been playing with his Clearing Resistance videos these past few weeks, among others.

When finding pathways and practices to remember your Divine Self, I find the best way to figure out what works is to use a combo of resonance and experimentation. If something resonates with you but your mind isn’t sure about it, give it a test run. If it works for you, you’ve got a new tool in your Spiritual Toolbox. If not, you know through your own personal experience that it’s not for you and can move on to the next experiment.
